About Delivery Fees
Our delivery fee is based on distance, but here’s the good news—you only pay for half of the actual travel.
Every rental requires a 4-way trip:
- From us ➜ You
- Back to us
- Back to you for pickup
- Return to our location
For example, if you’re 30 miles away, we actually drive 120 miles, but you’re only charged for 60 miles. This helps cover fuel, trailer wear, equipment transport, setup, takedown, cleaning, and sanitizing—while still saving you money.

We accept two forms of payment Zelle & cash, as these are the most secure.
If you prefer to pay in cash, please contact me directly to make arrangements.
The deposit is 1/2 down to reserve date/time and the remaining balance is due on arrival. Refunds on deposits are only given if it is raining, lightning, snowing or very strong winds on the day and hours of your event and it is outdoors.
